CARA SAUDER, PhD, CCC-SLP

Cara Sauder, PhD, CCC-SLP, is a researcher and assistant teaching professor in the Department of Speech and Hearing Sciences at the University of Washington. She received her Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her Master of Arts from the University of Minnesota-Minneapolis. She has clinical experience evaluating and treating pediatric and adult patients with voice, swallowing, and resonance disorders in several academic tertiary medical settings. She continues to provide clinical services as a clinical supervisor at the University of Washington Speech and Hearing Clinic. Her research interests include voice assessment and treatment. She has published many peer-reviewed research articles and co-authored book chapters related to voice and resonance disorders.
