Call for Abstracts: Northwest Voice Conference – The Art and Science of the Performing Voice

We invite you to submit abstracts for presentations at the 10th annual Northwest Voice: The Art and Science of the Performing Voice Conference, taking place April 25-26, 2025, in Seattle, WA. This conference is a unique opportunity for voice professionals, researchers, teachers, speech-language pathologists, MDs, and performers to share their insights and innovations in vocal performance, pedagogy, vocal health, and science.

Submission Deadline: December 15, 2024

We welcome abstracts related to:

Vocal performance and technique
Voice pedagogy and education
Vocal health and rehabilitation
Scientific research on the performing voice
Innovations in voice technology and training

Selected presentations will include 15-minute oral sessions and workshops. Some considerations may be given to expand an abstract to a larger presentation or workshop.

Submit your abstract by December 15, 2024, and join us for a rich exchange of knowledge and practice at the intersection of vocal artistry and science.

The length of your abstract must not exceed 250 words and should include a title (in subject line). You will be notified no later than February 15, 2025, as to the conference committee’s decision. All accepted presenters must register for the conference.

In the form to the right, enter your full name and email address. Enter "Abstract Title: (insert title) in the Subject box. Cut and paste your abstract of 250 words or less into the Message box. At the end of the abstract include your name, degrees, and affiliation.
