JESS MACKIMM, MS, CCC-SLP​​

Jess MacKimm (they/she), MS, CCC-SLP is a speech pathologist who specializes in voice and upper airway disorders in the Department of Otolaryngology at the University of Washington Medical Center.

Jess has provided gender affirming and neurodivergent inclusive care throughout their professional career. Currently, Jess serves as the team lead for the Gender Affirming Voice Care program the The UW Medicine. In this role, Jess not only provides gender affirming care, but also works with the entire team to improve quality of care, engage in community outreach, and streamline department processes.
