​The Northwest Voice Conference is a premiere multidisciplinary coalition in the Pacific Northwest. Our annual conferences attract Otolaryngologists, Speech Pathologists, Singing Teachers, Vocal Coaches, and Theater and Music performers, as well as others interested in voice.

There are several levels of Sponsorship that provide various levels of marketing and exposure for our exhibitors. Please read through the Sponsorship levels below. Then choose your Sponsorship level and complete the form to the right. Enter your name and email. Enter "Sponsorship" in the Subject line. Enter the Sponsorship level you have chosen and your company name in the Message box. We will then contact you to finalize your Sponsorship. Payments for Sponsorships must be received prior to the Conference in order to exhibit. 

If you have a proposal for Sponsorship that is different from what is listed below, please  contact us using the form provided. Describe your proposal and we will get back to you.

Platinum Sponsor - $2500

  • A listing in the online program’s Sponsors page​

  • Your company logo and a link to your company’s site on the Northwest Voice site

  • Acknowledgement on two email blasts to attendees

  • Conference registration for two company representatives

  • One 6 ft table

Gold Sponsor​ - $1000

  • Silver Sponsor benefits, plus:

  • Acknowledgement on one email blast to attendees

Silver Sponsor - $500

  • Bronze Sponsor benefits, plus:

  • ​Your company logo and a link to your company’s site on the Northwest Voice site

  • Conference registration for one company representative

  • Share half of a 6 ft table

Bronze Sponsor - $250

  • A listing in the online program’s Sponsors page

Name tag lanyards - $200 (one available)

  • Provide us with your company-branded lanyards for attendee name badges.

    • Conference planners will specify the style of lanyard.

Coffee break - $500 (four available)
